After I order when can I expect delivery?
Since each collar is individually made delivery will be in approximately two to three weeks from the placement of the order. To keep the cost of shipping down all collar are sent through the US Postal Service.

How do I determine the size?                                    Measure around the neck where the collar is worn. Add an inch to that measurement so the collar will not be too tight.

How are the collars made?
Each collar is individually constructed with 100% cotton fabric and four layers of interfacing for durability. The hardware is high quality acetate buckles.

How do I care for the collars?
The collars are washable in cool water and can be touched up with an iron. Over time the collars will wear so observe for fraying. The collar should be replaced when fraying starts.

What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your product a full refund will be made if you return it within two weeks of the purchase time.

What are cat breakaway buckles?
All cat collars are made with breakaway buckles. These collars break off if the cat gets caught in anything and should not be used with a leash.

Who should not use these collars?
Dog collars and leashes should not be used on dogs who are heavy pullers on the leash and these are not intended for dogs who are tied out.

What kind of payment is accepted?
